Annual Ski Club Picnic

3RD ANNUAL CHILI COOK-OFF

The 3rd Annual Chili Cook-off will be held on Sunday, September 13th at the North Catty Playground and Grove. Please bring the Chili of your choice and be prepared to serve your creation at 4 p.m. Prizes will be awarded. Last Years Winners: Andy and Janet Soos were the Overall Champion and John Wenninger won the Best Taste Award. Rob Leiser usually goes for Presentation.

The Club will supply hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, pretzels and soda. Please bring a covered dish, appetizer, desert or your own favorite special dish!

Directions to the North Catty Playground and Grove:

From Airport Road: Take Race St. to Catasauqua; turn right onto 14th St. at first stoplight; follow 14th St. to “T” and turn left onto Walnut St.; turn right at 2nd stop sign onto Howertown Rd.; turn left at first stop sign (at Blue Monkey); playground is half a block ahead.

From 145N: Turn onto Lehigh St.; go about 1 mile and cross over Hokey/Catty Bridge; stay straight on Cypress St.; at 3rd stop sign, road bends to the right and turns into Grove St.; playground is 2 blocks ahead on the right.
